My step-mother is suffering from ALS and she is unable to talk. Maggie uses a portable keyboard that she types into and it's voice speaks for her. Using Gmail Chat has allowed us to "talk" for as long as we want. It's fast, fun and easy. And now with Group Chat my whole family can catch up with Maggie, and each other. We are a Gmail family!
