Gmail: Google's approach to email

Gmail: In Your Words

My current career is stressful, so why should managing email be? I work a 9 - 5 day when my best girlfriend who currently lives in China also works 9-5pm in her time and country. Both of us can forget things during our short conversation. Thankfully, Gmail has such great features that allow me to just email myself and archive the message and then retrieve it instantly instead of using search strings or fishing through 100 emails. Don't get me wrong, Gmail also has a good search feature which is very useful and that is why I love Gmail so much. With Gmail, I will never lose a phone number, or a special comment. It's a very good user interface with a sure way to keep track of any word, phrase or even numbers and addresses or whatever else is important to you, so that you do not lose contact with a loved person out of reach. I also loved the integrated chat and how it uses virtually no system memory.

If it were not for Gmail, my girlfriend in China would have lost contact with me. The system is very good for people who are organized and/or those who is not as organized as they come and tend to lose information, can store everything inside Gmail and find it easily.
