My best friend lives over a thousand miles away and Gmail has kept us best of friends. It is incredibly reliable, and yet it's free! No other email provider I have used has been as reliable as this. And the complete lack of image adverts is fantastic. Everything is simple, and if I don't know how to do something, then I can quickly find out how when I search through the Help Center!
