I work in a rigorous high school program for students interested in science and math careers. For part of my job, I oversee high school seniors who work with military-based and other highly classified personnel on research projects. We are CONSTANTLY emailing one another notes, files, pictures, etc. Being part of a public school, my school system email account does not allow for me to use much space for emails, let alone emails with attachments. Gmail allows me to type in a student's name and pull up ALL communication quickly... this is great for paperless documentation. Gmail also provides the space needed for rather large files. It also does a great job eliminating junk mail for me. Furthermore, all the classified personnel are able to open my emails from Gmail; but they cannot open with some other email services. So, Gmail is great... it is so great that we even tell our students to open Gmail accounts. Love the free, dependable, and easy service.
