I use Gmail (along with the whole web suite including Docs etc) to organize, communicate and document my non-profit Injured Worker Advocacy group. This has helped us help many people and without your free web services I don't believe it would have been possible - at least not on this scale! Thanks Gmail - you really do make people's lives better by allowing us to defend their rights much easier!
