I manage several accounts and one of them requires me to keep people across the country updated on changes and additions to this particular program. Additionally, I travel and train and have several emails to juggle while on the road. Gmail has helped me to manage all my accounts in one place, no matter where I am. I have my contacts, emails, and calendar everywhere. Additionally, I use chat for having conversations with many of the people I am assisting while doing other things as well. Google lets me maximize my greatest talent which is multitasking.
