I have lived in the same neighborhood for close to 18 years. It wasn't until I started taking the bus to my community college that I met some boy that happened to walk the same way... everyday. This guy was the man of my dreams (tall, dark hair, handsome). He had lived a few blocks down his whole life. Because I was captivated by this guy, I started having lunch with him and his friends everyday (meaning I skipped every class to sit at the same table as him). I never once told him that I liked him or even hinted at it. I did this for about a year... then he set me up a Gmail account. Evidently he loved me too and thought that was the best discrete way to be able to talk with me after I left campus. So finally he asked me to date him and we are getting engaged and will marry Oct. 2009 (when we are both done with our Bachelors degree). Took him long enough! I have Gmail to thank for meeting my husband (to be)!
