Gmail: In Your Words

I have been using Gmail for years and have been waiting for the moment I can say my thanks. At last the day has arrived and I am going share something very close to my heart. For my higher education I had to leave to a new place a few thousands of kilometers away. Being in a new place itself was a big problem but more of loneliness which troubled me a lot. Then one day I came to know that you can chat from Gmail and don't have to download any messenger. This was a real blessing since many colleges wont allow installations without administration rights and my girlfriend used to work for some firm where it also wasn't allowed to install.

So within a few days we were chatting for hours on Gmail about all sorts of things and our relationship really bonded more closely then when we were actually with each other. This I would say is an achievement in itself to get people closer but I would say the best thing it has ever done was to save those sweet moments like history...those smiles and laughs and fights. Every time I read the chat history it is like re-living the past. Now that we have broken up, those sweet feelings still linger in heart and Gmail helps me remember all those which was close to me. Thank you for making my moments memorable. Maybe I can even show this to my grand children and say "see how romantic your grand dad has been". People say you wont forget anything love, but I would say Gmail helped me remember every sentence which I ever spoke that makes my love complete and immemorial.
