I briefly dated a guy in high school. The relationship ended amicably, and we both moved on with our lives. Ten years passed, and I had finally decided what I wanted a degree in, and so I was planning to go back to college. Soon after, I got an email from the boy I had dated a decade previously. He had Googled me! He was a grad student, and was wondering how I was doing etc. Through emails and chatting, we became close, and after a few months he drove to my house, picked up me and all of my possessions, and moved me to his house. I started school that fall.
