I am the VP of membership for the Hyderabad Toastmasters...one of the many Toastmasters clubs all over the world. As vice prez membership, I send group mail to the club members, and have to be accessible to even strangers... Gmail helps weed out spam from the tons of mail I get. I also use Gmail labels to store info online, stuff like member FAQs and so on, which I can grab at a moments notice!
