I am a stay home mom and a small business owner. I started my online store about a year ago. I can't run my business without Gmail. Every time my online shopping cart sends my customers order or shipping confirmation emails, I bcc the emails to my Gmail. So when a customer calls to inquiry an order, I can quickly pull up her order information on Gmail using the search function. The search function is so fast and it searches on everything. Often times, customers would call and do not have their order numbers, with Gmail, I was able to pull up her order and all her previous orders and email conversations given her name or email address. It helped me be on top of customer's need and provide great customer service that is essential to my business.
