Gmail: Google's approach to email

Gmail: In Your Words

I am normally not the type of person to send in thank you letters to companies, but with Gmail I think I'll make an exception. When I started work at my internship this summer I was horrified at the thought of spending my whole day in front of a computer in a cubicle with no one to talk to. But I quickly discovered Gmail chat and my whole summer turned around. I was able to keep occupied during the many down times by talking to my friends who were also bored at their internships. This also works great in my classes, since many of them are held in computer labs with access to Gmail. My friends and I often use chat to keep entertained during the boring lectures. I also love the fact that I can search mail - I don't know how many times I have forgotten the date of something and simply searched for it and found it, instead of having to sort through countless emails. In addition, the amount of storage means I never have to delete anything. I can't tell you how often I would delete an email that I would later need using my college's email system. Gmail ensures that I never lose that valuable information ever again...
