Gmail has allowed better communication with my cheerleading teams and their parents. Prior to becoming the Coach of two large squads, the parents were screaming for better communication. I chose Gmail because of its easy to use format and great spam filters. I am able to set up groups and update families weekly as well as daily communications. I also utilize the calendar feature and keep both teams schedules coordinated. The parents love receiving the communications and updates. I am able to access my account even when I am on my monthly business trips, so the girls don't ever "miss" me.
