Back when I was in High School, I was a head of the business division of our first Robotics team. Not only did Gmail allow me to segregate emails from just my team mates, it also had links to other cool Google apps like Calender and Spreadsheets. Using Gmail with both of those apps, my division created a time line for our build season, complete with email reminders being sent out on certain dates, as well as calculating cost and approximate weight for our robot. If it weren't for Gmail, the already hectic build season would have been even more so.
