Gmail: Google's approach to email

Gmail: In Your Words

I've never had my own printer in three and a half years in college... I originally used other email services to backup/send myself documents to print, but they were always too slow. I'd have to wait longer than I wanted as it passed through the tubes of the great internet, all the while becoming increasingly late for class. Gmail had me at hello, and I haven't looked back since. As a master procrastinator, I would work right up to the very wee-last minutes of a deadline, before needing to desperately sprint off to class with paper clutched in hand. So, it became a ritual every time I had a paper due: type it all up the night before on Google Documents, Gmail it to myself (and star it, of course! How else would I find it again?), run to the computer lab and proceed to format it, print it, email a copy to myself, and run off to class. Three and a half years of this, you'd think I'd of learned my lesson now. As I graduate from college, and the world around me becomes increasingly more technological by the second and the Earth runs out of trees to produce printer paper, one day my printer predicament may not even exist anymore as I simply email my papers to Professors. And one day there will be another poor college student who somehow manages...all with Gmail.
