I was writing an email to my boss regarding ideas on our team work. In the middle of the letter, my PC crashed. I thought it was gone, but I then restarted the PC, logged in to my account opened the Save Draft feature and found that Gmail automatically saved the letter when my PC crashed. This feature is the best.
