I was perfectly content managing my email at home and at work, doing my best to keep the versions matched. Then my boss, the president of our company, finally switched to Gmail (we are a bunch of software engineers, so we should not shy away from things technical), and so I gave it a try. His issue was becoming my issue - keeping messages in sync - which was not easy given the volume of email we receive. Now I am a full blown Gmail junkie! I have invited other colleagues, my kids, and hopefully soon, my wife (who doesn't like change either).
