I recently suffered from a mental episode that resulted in some hospitalization. After being bamboozled by hospital folk, I had to get out, get back to school, and get my life on track. I could not have done this without the power of Gmail. Without the color-coding, the ability to view entire conversation strings, the ability to chat... without these organizational and communication features provided by Gmail, I would never have gotten back into the fray so quickly, well organized and prepared.
