I like the way Gmail is constantly evolving - it feels very alive, dynamic, and seems that the Gmail team are very receptive to user ideas. I love features like the email notifier and the instant chat feature. Everything is very unobtrusive and uncluttered. When you log in, there are no links, no ads, and no cluttered news screens. The storage space is amazing as well. I also like the way email conversations are grouped together. I email myself important documents to back them up and I'm no where near the storage limit.
