I was able to set up a separate Gmail account for my department heads to email their reports to me. Using labels, I can archive the reports and find them again in the future quite easily. I can access the reports any where, any time, from any computer. I use it like a hard drive; it's safe, it's secure, it's simple, it's clean, IT IS GMAIL!
