Gmail has made it much easier for me to manage all my email by adding multiple accounts and adding labels to each account. Also I love how it threads emails into conversations, which makes it much easier to understand the situation that is being discussed. And Gmail chat helps me to talk to people I don't normally see very often and I can do it all from my inbox, which is so great.
