For over half an hour, I struggled with the most basic steps of trying to open a new email address with one of your "competitors" who shall remain nameless. Then, I tried Google and in three minutes, I had my new email address. In three minutes. With the name I wanted. Now with Gmail my email runs faster. Looks better. Has a lot more features. And I get the immense satisfaction of seeing my words to the world go out under the name I wanted. It's a beautiful thing.
