As a medical student, someone who runs a school club, technology enthusiast, researcher, and not to mention 23 year old, I spend at least an hour per day in Gmail reading, forwarding, and replying to countless important emails. I know if I had to keep using another web based email service, I'd be spending several more hours per week given the features in Gmail that I have come to rely on. Gmail is one of the few services I would be willing to pay a lot to access, yet don't have to.
