I didn't really start using email heavily until I came to college. Then I joined some organizations, a lot to be exact. Conveniently, a professor gave me an invite. I've been using Gmail since. I love that Gmail lets me filter all the messages from different organizations and companies. Ones that I don't need to see right away are tagged and archived for me to read later. Seeing 60 new emails in your inbox is intimidating for anyone! Also, I'm on the go a lot. So I fell in love with Gmail again when Google announced a mobile web version and a Java midlet! I can check my mail from my mobile or my PDA!
